How to Create a Rewards Account (and redeem your points!)

Did you know we have a rewards points program?  YES! We do! Any time you make a purchase with us, either in-store or online, you can earn points that you can cash in for MONEY OFF coupons. Here is how to sign up for a rewards account, manage your account, redeem points, and earn MORE points!  

**IF YOU HAVE ONLY MADE ONLINE PURCHASES OR IF YOU HAVEN'T PURCHASED ANYTHING FROM US SINCE DECEMBER 1, 2023, YOU MUST FIRST CREATE/ACTIVATE AN ACCOUNT:

How to create a rewards account - 

• At our retail store we can add your information into the system at checkout.  This will automatically create an account and any points you may have accumulated with us before we made our new website will then be accessible. Once your account is created, you can access it online anytime by following the instructions below.
• Online click the REWARDS button in the lower left portion of the screen (you can do this on a mobile device as well)
• You will get a pop up that looks like this
• If you HAVE shopped with us before, click on SIGN IN
• If you HAVE NOT shopped with us before, click on JOIN NOW
• Enter your information.  Be sure to use the same email each time in order to get all the points you earn in one account.
• Once you enter your information, the system will send you a verification code that you will need to enter when prompted.

After entering the verification code, you will be "logged on" and able to see your shop and rewards account information (detailed instructions below).

How to access your existing account and redeem rewards - 

• Click on the REWARDS icon in the lower left portion of your screen (see picture above)
• Click SIGN IN on the pop up screen (see picture above)
• Enter the verification code when prompted
• You will see a screen that looks like this:

• This is your account screen.  You will be able to see past purchases (if there are any).  In order to see and redeem your rewards, click on the GO TO STORE tab, or the Goose Ridge Soap logo.
• Once you are on the main pages, click on the REWARDS tab in the lower left. You will see a pop up that looks like this:

• On this screen, you can see your accumulated points and learn how to earn additional points.
• To cash in your points, click REDEEM and slide the toggle left or right to adjust how many points you want to cash in.  100 points = $1 off 
• Click REDEEM again and you will be given a promo code to use.  Click APPLY CODE to have it automatically applied at checkout. Once that promo code has been generated, those points will be deducted from your balance.

How to earn EVEN MORE points -

Yes!  You can earn points even without making a purchase! 

• Once you have created or signed on to your account, click the REWARDS tab from one of the main website pages and scroll down to WAYS TO EARN and click the arrow

CELEBRATE A BIRTHDAY - we love to celebrate you, and if you would like to get a 200 point birthday gift from us, just click the EDIT DATE tab and enter your birthday information.  *One important note, your birthdate must be entered at least 30 days before your birthday for the system to reward you in time.  Otherwise, you will get your birthday points the following year.
